Anna is a wonderful teacher, very patient, welcoming and attentive to every yogi and the energy they bring into the space and eachother's practice. Her classes have encouraged me to listen to and engage with my body using the breath, movement and meditation. Classes are adapted to all levels and abilities and Anna also offers guidance in English. Recommended to all!

Since I started classes with Anna I have not changed again. What I like most is how he adapts the classes to the group with variations in the postures depending on each one. A 10 out of 10! Thanks Anna!

I went for the first time this afternoon to practice with Anna and I felt very accompanied and at home. Really very grateful and looking forward to returning now.

A very cozy and relaxing place. Easy to get to (close to the city center but with the possibility of parking). The teacher a 10 because she keeps changing the techniques and the classes are never monotonous. Highly recommended.
